About Mill Valley … great parks … one the edge of the GGNRA but loaded with smaller parks (Old Mill and Boyle Park, the latter with a golf course) … so you gotta believe I do love Mill Valley … a community loaded with class, culture and FOG … yes, there are microclimates, so we need to talk about your wants and needs.
Mill Valley real estate is special… some homes have water views, some have redwood trees, some (aging population) are being sold as probates and yes, there are some short sales and bank sales … but not many in this affluent town.
