Dear Rocky:
I am writing to let you know what a fantastic job Tom Verkozen did for me in selling 12 Barber, San Anselmo.
The property was a real challenge – the owner had passed away while living there, it was on a creek, it did not show well, and it had already been on the market for six months before Tom took over.
Tom immediately recognized that the property needed a significant makeover to show better, and he expertly put a team together to accomplish the task – a designer, a staging expert, and a painter. He personally took care of the plantings and outside design.
The result was a complete transformation of the look and feel of the property, at a very reasonable cost.
Then, Tom worked his heart out marketing the property, and he finally got it sold. He worked very well with the buyer’s agent, and worked out a very fair deal.
Basically, Tom took a pretty grim situation and turned it completely around.
He is a superstar, and I was very fortunate to be introduced to him. And, he is a total pleasure to work with – engaging, enthusiastic, and fun!
I hope I don’t have to do this again, but if I do, Tom’s on my short list already!
